How it works · 5 steps

From a painful workflow to a quiet one.

Five steps, discovery to a system running quietly in the background.

§ 01 · Anatomy of an AIM automation FLOW · SIMPLIFIED

Every AIM automation has the same three organs.

A trigger, an AIM core, an output. Complexity sits inside the core. Everything around it stays simple.

Trigger

Inbound.

Email · file · API · scheduled run

AIM core

Reads. Decides. Writes.

Agentic orchestration · specialist agents · frontier-LLM reasoning · retrieval · evals · guardrails

Output

Outbound.

Doc · email · ERP write · API call

§ 02 · Process 5 STEPS · 6–12 WEEKS · ONE TEAM
· STEP 01

Discover.

3–5 days

Before the first proper meeting, we build a tailored mock-up on your workflow, so you see what AIM can do before anything is committed. Discovery itself is a working session with the people doing the work: the tasks, the rules they keep in their heads, where the time really goes. You leave with a clear picture of what is worth automating first.

You leave with
  • A tailored mock-up on your own workflow
  • A clear view of what is worth automating first
  • An honest "don't automate this" list
· STEP 02

Design.

1 week

We design the system on paper before writing a line. Which AI model goes where, what tools it needs, where humans stay in the loop, what good output looks like, what failure looks like. Reviewed and signed off by you.

You leave with
  • A documented design you have signed off
  • An agreed picture of what good output looks like
· STEP 03

Build.

3–8 weeks

We build it, fast. An agentic workflow orchestrates the steps, specialist agents do the specialist work, a frontier large language model does the reasoning. Every change version-controlled and auditable. Weekly demos against your historical data, not toy examples.

You leave with
  • A tested system running end-to-end
  • Connected to the tools your team already uses
  • Proven against your own historical data
· STEP 04

Deploy.

1–2 weeks

We turn it on next to your team, not instead of them. They review every output the first week, fewer the next, none by the third. The system then runs quietly while the team moves on to better work.

You leave with
  • A live system your team is comfortable with
  • A clear path for handling the edge cases
· STEP 05

Operate.

Ongoing

Models change. Templates change. Edge cases appear. We keep the system healthy: monitoring, model updates, prompt tuning, integration patches when your ERP rolls a version. One subscription, one point of contact, no long lock-in.

You leave with
  • A system kept healthy and current as things change
  • One team accountable for keeping it that way

§ 03 · Principles HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS · NON-NEGOTIABLES

Things we won't compromise on.

· 01

AI is the engine.

Modern LLMs read, reason and write at a level no rules engine reached. We design every system around that capability, as the engine, not a feature.

· 02

Humans stay in control.

Every automation has thresholds, audit logs, and escape hatches. AI does the work; people decide what "good" means.

· 03

Your data, isolated.

Each client gets their own workspace and credentials, no cross-client data contamination. Your data never trains a public model. Storage isolation, role-based access, full audit trail.

· 04

Boring on the outside.

The best automation is invisible. Email in, work out. No new dashboards to log into, no UI for your team to learn.

§ 04 · Who builds it SMALL · SENIOR · IN-HOUSE

A small, senior team, backed by a group.

A small, deliberately senior team. We build and operate every system in-house, no outsourcing. Two senior engineers lead every build, from paper design to live system.

An automation studio inside AMCO Group.

AIM is part of AMCO Group, a multi-national holding with five companies across three to four countries. The group's first AIM build is live: presales automation for sister company AMCO ATI. The parent relationship is why a small team follows through at enterprise scale.
